  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Alice Beauty Shop, we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction with our premium beauty and wellness products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we’ve created a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Key Return Information

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of delivery
  • Condition: Products must be unopened and in original packaging

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Return request is made within 15 days of delivery
  • Product is in its original, unopened packaging
  • Product is in the same condition as when received
  • Original proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Body Care products (opened or unopened)
  • Cleansers and Exfoliants
  • Eye Care and Eye+lip products
  • Face Mask and Face Serum products
  • Any products where the original seal has been broken

Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with:

Processing

We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving your package. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refund Timeframe: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility unless item is defective
  • Payment Methods: Refunds will be issued to your original Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly indicate your preferred exchange product in your request
  • If the exchange product costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange product costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Defective or Damaged Items
